Missy has over 20 years of experience working as a Human Resources executive for both Fortune 500 organizations as well as high growth enterprises. Her focus had been on coaching high-performance executives and teams. In 2020, she started her own coaching business, 808 coaching, so she could spend her days doing what she loves the most – building genuine bonds with people, helping them discover their strengths and providing them with the tools to make meaningful change. She believes that the best days begin with a walk at Tod’s Point and has had the privilege of calling Greenwich “home” for over a decade.

For over 20 years, Cory has provided executive coaching, crisis consulting and training services for Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations.  In 2019, Cory launched her coaching business to support accomplished professionals who are wondering if their current job, or their current career, is the right place for them, right now.  Having realized her own career goals, Cory loves helping her clients identify and achieve their career goals, whether that means improving their current role, readjusting their priorities, or bravely moving on and trying something they have always dreamed of.  A California native who now lives in Old Greenwich, Cory seeks out sunshine and a walk on the beach whenever possible.
